NECKING

Traditional counter rotating spinning rolling sistem
Flanging of the whole can edge at the same time
Upon request: ceramic rollers, SPIE flanging.

FLANGING

Consistent beading profile
Strong beading rolls adjustable beading rail
Easy and rapid sistem for can size change over
16 chucks for extremely gradual operations
Very stable beading process thanks to the transfer system of the can inside the m/c base

BEADING

Cans are seamed at the base by means at first and second operations rolls
The rolls works simultaneously on the can wich rotates on its axis
This process guarantees high quality, precision and consistent seam values.

SEAMING

Extremely compact and precise
Automatic feeder with rotating separator knife
Automatic safety device for: no can - no end - machine stop
Ends fase control
