  • High efficiency automatic machine for seaming open top and easy open ends to previously flanged can bodies.
  • 3 / 4 / 6 / 8 /12 seaming heads, each one equipped with a first and a second operation roll, that enter into action successively on the can that rotates on its axis.
  • Compared to other systems this allows seaming parameters optimization by simply changing the roll profile.
  • Possibility of handling SR and DR tinplate with a min thickness of 0.13 mm.
  • Main motor driven by an electronic frequency converter.
  • Chucks and base plates with positive rotation and idle rolls on conical roller bearings, monobloc seaming levers.
  • End infeed control system "no can-no end".
  • Machine operations controlled by PLC and operator interface via Touch Panel 17".
  • New Cevolani machines are built with the traditional standards of durability and solidity. This allows used machines to keep value in time.
  • Standard components are used. The common Wear and tear parts are available in our warehouse.
